- we guarantee service that responds to the needs of the citizens and confidential,
courteous, friendly and attentive behavior;
- we offer personalized services for self-testing;
- we offer opening hours and shifts that are conform with the needs of the citizens;
- we promote constant contact with the doctor and we choose, pursuant to and
in observance of the law, to adopt a behavior always favorable to the needs of
the citizen;
- we offer a special area dedicated to health information and we provide
information regarding health services active in the area. Our personnel are holders
of the recognition card;
- we participate in informative campaign on citizens' rights and the prevention
of illnesses;
- we ensure connection with the emergency health facilities and small first aid;
- we guarantee observance of the laws and regulations on hygiene, maintenance
of the structure and the furniture and a clear external sign with shifts and hours
of service;
- we provide special assistance and care for protected categories with specific
problems (elderly people, disabled persons, etc.).
